Current sign-in
This site uses ChatGPT-managed sign-in. The owner enables each team portal, authorizes each person’s exact email, and assigns the specific work. Server checks apply to pages, data requests and files. Team access is off by default; team roles never grant Admin access.
Use your own account. Passwords, passkeys and account recovery are handled by the sign-in provider. This website does not ask the administrator to view or store anyone’s password.

Private workspaces and files require server-side access checks. AI credentials stay on the server. Protected responses are marked not to be stored in shared caches, and uploads are checked for type and size.
Request-size checks and submission limits help prevent repeated forms, oversized uploads and excessive AI requests. Browser policies restrict framing and form destinations.
Protect the administrator’s sign-in account with a passkey or two-step verification. The website cannot enforce which sign-in method the provider uses.
Sign in with your Google account
Use the workspace link supplied by the owner, then choose Continue with Google on the ChatGPT sign-in screen. Select the exact Google email authorized for your role. If you are already signed in with a different account, sign out and choose the approved account.
Your Google account signs you in through ChatGPT. The website then checks your administrator or enabled team role. Signing in alone does not grant access to private workspaces.

- Open ChatGPT on the web and sign in to the same email the administrator enabled.
- Open Settings → Security.
- If Passkeys is available for your account, choose Add passkey and follow the device prompts.
Availability depends on the account’s sign-in configuration. Your device or identity provider manages the passkey.
Requested website login policy
The planned setup is an administrator-created email account, individual password access for estimators and installers, optional team passkeys, and a required administrator passkey.
Separate website passwords and required administrator passkeys are not enforced by this version. The current hosting supplies account identity but does not tell this website which sign-in method was used. Enforcing that policy requires a supported managed authentication setup.
