01Who this policy covers

This policy describes information handled through the New Appearance Cabinets Inc. website and its authorized estimating, administrative and installer workspaces. It covers website visitors, project contacts, job applicants and account holders. Separate service providers also have their own privacy policies.

02Information we collect

  • Project inquiries: your name, company, email address, phone number and the project details you submit.
  • Cabinet and component orders: your order selections, dimensions, quantities, delivery address, contact details, quote approvals and shipping references, plus any cut lists uploaded by authorized staff.
  • Job applications: your contact information, selected position, experience, messages and any résumé you upload.
  • Accounts and workspaces: your sign-in identifier, name and email, account permissions, project records, drawings, uploaded files, installation bids, invoices and payment records, as relevant to your role.
  • Completed-job photos: project images, job titles, categories, captions and upload references provided by authorized administrators or awarded installers. Images marked for website use appear in the completed-jobs gallery and may appear on the homepage.
  • Technical information: our hosting, sign-in and security providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information, request details and security logs to operate and protect the site.

Please include only information relevant to your request. Leave Social Security numbers, full card numbers, banking credentials, medical records and other sensitive personal information out of forms, résumés and plan uploads.

03How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, review employment applications, prepare and review estimates, coordinate project work, manage authorized accounts, maintain billing records and protect the website. We may contact you about the request, application or project you submitted.

When an authorized user runs an enabled AI-assisted drawing takeoff, selected plans and relevant project and estimating context are sent to OpenAI for processing. AI results are reviewed as part of estimating. Avoid including unrelated personal or confidential information in files selected for analysis.

04Who may receive information

Information may be accessed by our personnel and service providers as needed for the purposes above. Current website infrastructure includes OpenAI for hosting-related services, sign-in and enabled AI processing, and Cloudflare for hosting and data or file storage. Those providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Order selections and delivery details may be shared with suppliers and shipping providers as needed to fulfill your approved order. Relevant project information may be shared with authorized contractors, invited installers or other parties needed to review a bid or perform the work. Information may also be disclosed as required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable obligations.

We do not sell personal information submitted through this website or share it for targeted advertising.

05Cookies and external services

Our hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security and site operation. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect sign-in and workspace features.

When you follow an external link, use a connected service or pay through a third-party checkout, that provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. When Square checkout is enabled, card details are entered directly on Square’s hosted checkout. This website does not collect or store your card number or security code. Use the designated payment service for card details.

06Storage, access and retention

Website submissions and uploaded files are stored in our website’s database and file storage. Signed-in workspaces use account and role checks to restrict access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention depends on the record’s business purpose and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Inquiries and applications may remain on file for follow-up. Project, billing and payment records may need to be retained after work ends. This website does not automatically delete submissions after a fixed period.

07Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose what to submit, subject to the information needed to respond to your request. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or to stop nonessential follow-up, use our contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request.” Include the email address associated with your submission and the type of request.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. Available rights, response requirements and exceptions depend on applicable law. Some records may need to be kept for contracts, legal obligations, security or disputes. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a privacy decision, use the same contact form and label your message “Privacy appeal.”

08Children’s information

This website is intended for commercial contacts, job applicants and authorized business users and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.

09Policy updates

We may update this policy as our website and practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Changes will be posted here, with any additional notice or consent required by applicable law.
