The applicable signed project agreement controls the job’s scope, payment deadlines, deposits, retainage, change orders, delivery, installation and warranties. These website terms do not amend an existing signed project agreement. Credit card processing terms or fees, if applicable, will be disclosed through the agreed billing and payment process.
Use only accounts and project information you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in account secure, provide accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Estimator, installer and administrator permissions are assigned by New Appearance Cabinets.
Protect confidential plans, project details, pricing and personal information available to you. Share them only with parties authorized for the relevant work. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the site, project information or other users.
Submit accurate information and only files you have the right to share. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required from clients, designers, architects, employers or other rights holders. Do not upload malicious files, unlawful content or unrelated sensitive personal information.

A project submission does not grant permission to use your plans or photographs in public advertising. Any public portfolio use requires appropriate rights or permission.
Automated quantities, calculations, AI results, color matches and material references can contain errors or omit details. An authorized person must check the source plans, dimensions, specifications and selections before approving a quote or releasing work to production. Confirm manufacturer information and obtain any required samples or approvals for the project.
An installer bid is a proposal for the stated scope. Submission or display of a bid does not guarantee an award or create an installation contract. Any award, insurance requirements, schedule, price and payment conditions require confirmation by New Appearance Cabinets under the applicable agreement.
A job application permits review and follow-up about employment. Submitting an application or viewing a position does not guarantee an interview, job offer or employment relationship.
